📦 Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options (2-3 business days) are available at checkout. Processing times take an additional 1-2 business days.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring Fur Cuddle products to pets worldwide!
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number directly on our "Track My Order" page for real-time updates.
4. What if my package says delivered, but I haven't received it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please check around your porch, with neighbors, or with your leasing office. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of the "delivered" status, please contact us.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. No promo code is required; the discount applies automatically at checkout.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day "Peace of Mind" return policy. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
7. How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email our team at support@furcuddle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions.
8. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping is 100% free. For general returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), a flat fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 3-7 days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
10. What if my item arrives damaged?
We are so sorry! Please send a photo of the damaged item to support@furcuddle.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rush a free replacement out to you immediately.
🐾 Products & Sizing
11. How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Every product page features a specific "Size & Weight Guide" chart. We highly recommend measuring your pet's length and weight before ordering. If your pet is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort!
12. How do I clean the Deep-Sleep Calming Nest?
It’s fully machine washable! We recommend washing it on a cold, delicate cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid air drying, as it can cause the faux fur to mat.
13. Are your grooming products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our Therapy Glove features soft, rounded silicone tips, and our safety clippers are designed to prevent over-cutting. All materials are non-toxic and hypoallergenic.
14. Does the GPS Tracker require a monthly subscription?
The Fur Cuddle F9 Tracker requires a standard 2G/GSM SIM card with an active data plan (purchased separately from your local carrier). We do not charge any proprietary subscription fees for our tracking app.
15. Are your products BPA-Free?
Yes! All of our feeding and hydration products, including the Ortho-Feeder and Hydro-Traveler, are made from 100% Food-Grade, BPA-Free materials for your pet's utmost safety.
💳 Orders & Account
16. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders very quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once it has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be modified.
17. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
18. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout process is fully encrypted using SSL technology, and we never store your raw credit card data on our servers.
19. How do I apply a discount code?
You can enter your promo code in the "Discount Code" box at checkout. Click "Apply" to see your new total. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
20. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can easily check out as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders faster, and earn loyalty rewards.
