Your satisfaction is our priority with our 30-Day "Peace of Mind" Guarantee.
At Fur Cuddle, we want you and your pet to love every item you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help make things right.
1. Standard Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it (free of pet hair, stains, and odors).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or your original order number must be provided.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Email our support team at support@furcuddle.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
- Our team will review your request and, once approved, email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We try to make returns as affordable and easy as possible:
- ✅ Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product), Fur Cuddle will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- ✅ Standard Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or general dissatisfaction, a flat fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of the pre-paid return label.
4. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take an additional 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us at support@furcuddle.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will rush a free replacement out to you immediately, no questions asked!
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Any item that shows obvious signs of use, wear and tear, or pet damage.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
